At ERO Nutrition, we strive to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle the delivery of your products.
Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or during weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Rates & Options
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (5-8 business days): $5.99
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $9.99
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $60
Note: Shipping times are estimates and do not include processing times. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier issues.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- United States (including Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses)
- International Destinations: We do not ship internationally at this time - please stay tuned!
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- You can monitor your package's progress via the tracking link provided.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@eronutrition.com.
- Include your order number and details to help us resolve the issue quickly.
